With plenty of free on street parking, and close proximity to the white sand beach, St Heliers offers a perfect day out. There is a well equipped playground situated at the end of Tamaki Drive, and the recently renovated boardwalk offers a safe, pleasant and comfortable seaside stroll.
It is also possible to walk along the cliffs at low tide to Ladies Bay, a more secluded and equally picturesque beach at the mouth of the Tamaki Estuary. Paragliders can often be seen floating over the headland when the wind conditions are right.
Our history, unique village character and wide range of services, as well as ease of parking and access to public transport make St Heliers Bay an ideal shopping, dining and leisure destination.
